Invitation to the IGHRN-affiliated Organizations

World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has emphatically endorsed the benefits of the IGHRN, saying “Geospatial health data are no longer a luxury, they are a necessity. Geospatial data is particularly important, knowing who is affected by diseases and their conditions and where and when they are affected is vital for responding effectively.  That is why an International Geospatial Health Research Network is needed now, more than ever. WHO is committed to working with you for a healthier, safer, fairer world.”

We welcome the engagement, ideas, participation, and funding for expansion of the International Geospatial Health Research Network by the NSF, NIH, USAID, other governmental agencies, non-governmental organizations, foundations, and private-sector geospatial and health tech companies, as we develop and expand the IGHRN.

Please contact to Dr. Mei-Po Kwan (mpk654@gmail.com) or Dr. Douglas Richardson (dbrichardson@fas.harvard.edu) if you are interested in being affiliated with the IGHRN.
